Rules and regulations

Booking and payment terms.

These rules explain cancellations, no-shows, payment windows and outstanding balances for bookings at Supun's Studio.

Booking Rules

Bookings are confirmed only for the selected studio, date and time shown on the booking confirmation.
Online bookings are open for any slot that hasn't started yet.
Please arrive on time. Late arrival may reduce your playing time if another booking follows yours.
The venue may contact you using the name, phone number and email saved on your account.

You can cancel from My bookings up to 3h before the booking start time.
Inside the 3h cancellation window, customers cannot cancel online. Staff must handle any change or cancellation.
When a paid booking is cancelled, the venue handles any refund or credit according to its payment method and internal process.

If you do not show up and do not cancel within the allowed time, the unpaid booking amount is added to your account.
You must pay that outstanding amount before you can make future bookings.
If staff do not cancel or waive the booking inside the cancellation window, the missed booking may be charged as a no-show.
Venue staff may waive a no-show charge only when they decide there is a valid reason.

Pay at venue bookings must be paid at the front desk when you arrive.
Bank transfer bookings are held for 2h while you transfer and upload your receipt. The venue confirms the booking after verification.
Online payments may require a full payment or deposit first, depending on the venue settings shown at checkout.
If a payment window expires before payment or receipt verification, the slot may be released for others to book.
Any unpaid balance remains attached to the booking until paid, waived, cancelled or adjusted by the venue.

Creating an account or booking online means you agree to these rules and payment terms.
New checkout users get an account automatically so bookings, receipts and unpaid balances can be managed securely.
Use your own contact details. Returning users must sign in before booking with an existing email address.
