These terms apply to bookings made with Supun's Studio online, by phone or at the venue. Booking a studio means you agree to them and to our booking rules.
Using the studio
- Please arrive and leave on time. Your booking ends at the booked time even if you start late; setting up and packing away happen within your booking.
- Follow staff instructions and venue signs, and keep noise to a reasonable level.
- Look after the studios, furniture and equipment. You may be charged for damage caused on purpose or through careless use, or for extra cleaning.
- Guests must stay within the booked area and the number of people agreed for the booking.
- No smoking or illegal substances on the premises. Alcohol and outside catering only with our written agreement.
Health and safety
- You are responsible for the people you bring and for any equipment you set up.
- Supun's Studio is not responsible for injury, loss or theft of personal belongings, except where the law says otherwise.
- Tell staff straight away about any accident or unsafe condition.
Cancellations and changes
- You can cancel online up to 3 hours before your booking. After that, please contact us.
- We may need to cancel or move a booking because of maintenance, weather, power cuts or events outside our control. If we do, we will offer another time or a refund of what you paid.
Payments
- Prices are shown when you book and may change for future bookings.
- Refunds and credits are handled as described in our booking rules.
Your information
- We use your name, phone number and email to manage your bookings and contact you about them.
- We don't sell your information. You can ask us to update or delete it.
Behaviour
- Abusive or unsafe behaviour towards staff or others is not accepted. We may refuse future bookings in that case.
